We offer medically designed neurotoxin injection (botulinum toxin) or surgical therapy (flap method) for axillary osmidrosis. The effect of neurotoxin injection lasts for 3-9 months and injection is suggested every 6 months. If a patient takes the surgery, he/she needs to refrain from the use of the arm on the side of the surgery for a week and the use of a triangular bandage is necessary for another week. The scar from the surgery aligns with the direction of  the wrinkle line. The surgery reduces the smell, but does not clear it to 0%.
