If the diagnosis is certain to be a mole (nevocellular nevus), the excision of a mole for the cosmetic reason is not covered by Japanese Health Insurance, at lease for multiple mole excision in a short time of period.　

First time visit consultation fee※	9,900 yen (including English consultation fee and tax)
Subsequent visit consultation fee※	5,500 yen (including English consultation fee and tax - An extra charge may apply if prolonged consultation time is necessary.)
